I'm not an insider I just report what I see. I have no fing clue what's going on with Jarrett, but I do think OSU would have trouble getting rid of a WR for him; he's damn good but so are the 4 they have committed

If the NCAA continues to hand out lots of transfer waivers, teams will continue to put extra weight on maturity risk. I don't know about Jarrett's case, but # of stars isn't the only important consideration.

This is true, but UGA desperately wanted Burton’s commitment and is still actively recruiting him daily. To suggest otherwise is simply wrong.
