Thank you Brian Kelly for being such a complete, clueless dumba$$!
Being deceitful to players is never going to help you on the recruiting front....especially in the long run.
We have two more LSU targets to take back by end of this season. Kelly, keep up the good work!!

I don't know how true it is, but the rumor was that the LSU coaches got in his ear about our depth chart and him not having a chance to play

That doesn't make any sense, though. We haven't taken a corner since Rogers decommitted. The only DB we've taken was Kylin Jackson who is a box safety and a guy we were always trying to land. It's not like it was a secret we were recruiting him. The recruiting staff started a twitter hastag campaign about keeping Kylin home weeks before Rogers decommitted.
Good get keeping Rogers, but y'all are being lied to about us telling him we weren't taking any more DBs and then taking one.

I think it came down to him just deciding to play close to home. I’m from Schulenburg which is 15 miles south of La Grange. He can basically drive home in about 50 minutes. I don’t think LSU taking another DB or allegedly saying they wouldn’t had anything to do with it. LSU doesn’t have to lie to players. Recent draft picks kinda speaks for itself.
