No he didnt, he played like 2 or 3 total series, mostly with walk ons/end of bench guys too.
He's been playing spring with a thumb injury which has kept him more limited.
Dude has really got it all, he will be a great one down the line no doubt in my mind. Cant wait to see what he becomes.

Lamar and Jalen at the bottom of that list makes me question the criteria a bit

That is definitely very strange to see Lamar Jackson and Jalen Hurts so low since SPARQ is just a measurement of basically how good an athlete (40, vertical, shuttle etc) you are at your size. Those guys were both pretty dang good athletes, yet they got worse SPARQ scores than Mac Jones, uhhh what
Lamar Jackson looks like he ran a 4.77 40, 4.44 shuttle, 31.6" vertical, 34 foot power throw and was 6'3 202. So definitely substantially worse figures than Holstein. But Holstein doesnt have near Lamar's playmaking ability on the ground.
