6-6 QB out of Nashville.

Tennessee and Bama are seen as the favorites, has also visited LSU. Sounds like he is committing in January.
Our best "insider" likes UT and has for a while, but the national guys seem to think Bama.
What are you hearing, Bama fans? I know he did enjoy his vist to LSU, but they seem to be likely landing Underwood.

From our insiders they seem to think that we have a decent shot. Will be interesting to say the least.

I thought he would end up at Bama with Underwood going to LSU. With Underwood visiting Bama this past weekend, it looks like the Tide may be prioritizing him over MacIntyre. For LSU, I would much rather have Underwood, but MacIntyre not a bad consolation prize for someone.

I was honestly surprised when I saw Underwood was visiting T-town this past weekend. Obviously he would be a massive priority if there is interest, but I wouldn't be mad with MacIntyre. It will be interesting to see how this develops leading into January. I feel way better about our chances with MacIntyre than Underwood though

Kid is rail thin and has poor judgement when throwing the ball… tell everyone his teams record this fall and how the HC was fired recently

I'm not crossing my fingers, but what LSU did with Daniels is a huge recruiting boon for the skillset Underwood has.
I doubt we make a final 5 for MacIntyre, if even that much.

Having watched him play, he reminds me of former LSU quarterback Myles Brennan.

Theres a couple of QBs this year I would comp to former LSU QBs this year, like Bryce Underwood to Jordan Jefferson

Expect Mac to commit to the Vols in less than 48 hours. Beat Bama brains in today on the court and beating them in the recruiting trial. The tide has turned!!!!

He won’t see the field for 2 years barring injury. These days In college football nobody stays around for their turn. Hopefully he does wait it out bc he needs to add some muscle for sure
