That’s a good get, but he’s not Burks. He’s talented but was a bit of a disappointment at OU really for his billing.

One of my favorite all time hogs, but I highly doubt this happens and really hope he doesn't come back. He has nothing to prove, is healthy, and has the perfect balance of proven skills, film, and untapped potential that scouts absolutely drool over. He should go be an early 1st rounder.
His skills make him even better in the NFL than in college. Physical off the line, great blocker, top end speed, quick route breaking but could still improve, and amazing at making catches in tight spaces. He's next year's Jamar Chase rookie, though stats will obviously QB dependent.

You probably get bitch slapped by the NCAA. It wouldn't surprise me if it's revealed that Ewers' NIL deal was performance-related, which is not authorized under the current NIL structure. Giving someone an NIL deal to stay in school is performance-related.

It wouldn't be just to stay but if he enjoys college he could stay another year and keep the zzNIL deals he currently has get a ton more being a home grown talent and make enough to offset the difference
