On Thursday, Auburn landed a commitment from 5-star Georgia Military RB Jovon Robinson. He selected the Tigers over Alabama, Florida State, USC, and others.
Despite the commitment, GMC head coach Bert Williams tells the AJC's Michael Carvell that Robinson has official visits to Alabama and USC planned for this summer.
“From my understanding, he has an official visits set to Alabama and Southern Cal in June. All the college coaches are on the same page with understanding that. They’ve all been recruiting him for a while. Everybody is on the same page with where he’s going and where his visits are,” said Williams.
Robinson ranks as the no. 1 JUCO prospect according to 247Sports.
What's the deal here?

I'm just looking for clarification as to his plans for OVs. Your guys are saying he is shutting it down while others are saying he's taking the visits.
Who is right?

How the hell should I know? I am just having some fun with your inquiry and quoted material. I honestly don't care if he is going on visits or not bro...

I don't think it matters. Jovon Robinson made his mind up the minute Auburn was able to offer again.

While we are being honest I'd like to say, again, congrats on landing him.
Honesty again, I'd rather land 5-star RB Damien Harris over Robinson. Jovon is undoubtedly the superior talent right now, but I'd prefer the kid with 3-4 years of eligibility over a guy that will jump to the NFL after one season.
But AU will definitely benefit from having Robinson in 2015. Is he going to redshirt next year to keep from getting injured in JUCO? I would if I was him.

We already have that. Jovon was like adding NOS to an already bad arse race car...

We have it too with Henry being a 5-star, Bo being a 5-star, Tenpenny being a 4-star and Tyren Jones being a 4-star.
That doesn't include Top 100 RB Desherrius Flowers who we already have committed in this class.

LSU as well
Fournette 5*
Williams 4*
Brousette 5*
Guice 4*
Just wait until you see our WR's the next few years.
La is absolutely loaded at WR for the next 4 classes, and the top prep WR in the 16 class is also from LA. He's a clone of Quille.

Cool bro. Get out of our thread. This is strictly a Bama AU piss Match, with AU winning big. Jovon...like we said is all AU.
