quote:Foster did an interview with Scout January 27. He was asked how it felt to be a member of this Alabama class. He replied that it was awesome, incredible, to know he was a member of the Alabama class especially with them coming off the NC game.

Also, the Scout guy asked him about committing to Bama just 2 days after visiting Dawg nite and Auburn the next day. Foster replied that he thought they would slack off but they didn't. And he said they (AU and UGA) came at him harder and harder, mostly visiting his school each week, told him he could start, and influenced him to visit; but he said still he was a diehard Alabama fan.
Said the AU guy, Quan Bray, was like a brother and he would always visit, but.... family and friends are happy for him going to Alabama and will support him.
If you could see how his face lights up when he talks about Alabama.
This is a premium story, but maybe some can see it.... LINK

Does Montravius Adams have a connection to Clemson? They're his leader as of today.

I think they were the most recent to offer.

Isn't Auburn player, LaDarius Phillips, also RF's cousin?
Posted on 2/8/12 at 1:45 pm to GregYoureMyBoyBlue
That could be it. Would also explain why they are his leader.
In the end I think he's a Bama/UGA battle.

I think he's pretty far down our list, although we did just offer him.

the fact that Ramsey isn't on Rivals Top 100 tells me all I need to know about that crack team of recruitniks...

Not trying to be an arse but the reality is TAM only has an inkling of a shot with 3 kids on that list. Manning,Robinson and Oliver(he's a lrgacy and may still end up at Texas). It's still early but Texas will lock up most of the Texas kids in the top 100 before the month is out. Most will be Longhorn commits by Sunday.
You guys know LSU is the king of the sleepers. Only 2 LA kids on the list. Smith will be a Tiger eventually and Diarse, well that one will be interesting. It's not a year for top 100 type kids in LA. Wouldn't be suprised at all if Diarse is not top 100 by year's end. He's not an elite type prospect. Very good one but particularly on Rivals he's not good enough in combine settings to stay that high.
