We need more safetys than we need corners right now. With our #'s we can take, and our depth there, two sounds about right

They do. He's incredibly undervalued by most sites. He's fantastic in space. Go to theringer.com and look at his profile there.

We need to land at least 2 safeties in this class.

Rivals seems to think there's a possibility if Auburn lands Khaliel Rodgers, it will open they door back open for Kenny Bigelow.
It's dependent on USC having room for Rodgers though...

Interesting...
It sounds crazy, but would we take Bigelow? I guess we could make Liner a definite DE with Lawson, while taking Adams and Bigelow at DT.

They did say this was complete speculation on there part though, no info backing it up other than they are good friends. Said Bigelow was solid to USC in the same breathe.
They also spent half the chat saying none of Auburn's DL commits are superior to Eddie Goldman and Noah Spence. In their defense, it was an Auburn fan who brought up specific names.

I would explode. That would be a ridiculous class.

I'm getting my hopes up for this class. They are about to be sky high.

2014 Safety Ronnie Clark is a heavy AU lean. He expects 2014 LB Shaun Hamilton to be our next commit. He thinks our next 2013 commit could be Lemond Johnson.
Everything else is kinda old news.
Thanks for the info.

Yeah, I feel like I need to brace myself for some kind of disappointment.

Melton is pretty good, but Johnathan Cook is even better and I could care less where either is ranked, Cook is better than most guys I've seen this recruiting cycle both in person and on film, he also has the versatility of switching and playing 1 deep coverage as a S and switching back to man, plays run support, VERY underrated
About Foster, the pressure he is getting is not from Bama or any other fanbase (other than maybe UGA) it is from Charles Flowers who took a job at Smiths Station HS and wants him to transfer, they are very close
ETA: The reason I said pressure is coming from UGA only, before I get flamed on by UGA posters, is because Flowers has ties to that program, so what I meant is he is feeling pressure FROM Flowers to transfer

Completely agree on Cook. I'm extremely high on him and think we'd be foolish to wait on offering him too long. He's supposed to camp at Bama and might get an offer there.
Regarding Flowers at Smiths, Foster would be stupid to follow him there because Flowers is going to be the Freshman team coach so he wouldn't even be coaching Foster. None of the coaches at Smiths have supposedly heard a single, credible word about Foster at all transferring to Smiths.

Keith Niebuhr:
JD: Wilkins could be a top 100 guy at some point. Legit sub- 4.5 speed. 6-1/203. Can catch. Great feet. Big-time back
Keith Niebuhr:
Thomas: Jeremy's a solid player. Potentially good upside. We'd like to see more of him.
Keith Niebuhr:
Josh: So tough to say ... but I would think Nkemdiche and Montravius will be playing a lot in 2013
Other AU related stuff I could find from the Rivals chat

Yes, but be advised, VanBasten, that if you slip up and accidentally start spouting off that Bama bullshite, you will be accused by us of being the worst person in the world.

Some good and interesting info in here tonight. It's apparent the coaches have some clear cut models of what they want to bring in. Will be something to watch and see how their choices play out. I will always concede to coaches because I never made it as a scout, and I mean not even close. Ok I never even tried. I just played the game. Thanks for all the shared entries.
