I dont see an unexpected commitment, but someone unexpected will get an offer and end up committing later on down the line.

Also added this quick hitter- Alabama LB commit Reuben Foster plans to be in Tuscaloosa on Monday. Sources indicate the nation's no. 2 overall prospect remains solid with the Tide.

Charles said just a few days ago that multiple sources were confirming that he was still solid.

Im not really worried about what he is wearing. How many times have recruits wore something to get a fanbase excited and it not mean anything?

I'd laugh if they put anything into that, especially since they always makes jokes about recruits wearing Bama apparel and about cajun's pic on Foster on the Quad.

It's the same thing, but I do love hypocrites

I wouldn't mind that much if he committed to the Tide as long as he is still planning on coming to Dawg Night.

Yeah, I'm sure it had never previously occurred to him that Auburn was closer to his home than Athens

Relax. He's having a good time. He'll be in TTown Sunday or Monday and will have a good time on campus there too.

They have some higher levels of education regarding geography at the Barn. To AU they drive 68 mph to UGA they drive 46 mph. Their maps must be a little outdated and only have them showing the roads to AU paved and to Athens still dirt. Who knows.

Maybe it occurred to him that AU's defense under chizik is, was and will be horrid? Matthews just wanted some quality time with the twins...

Well, judging from Matthews' comments, the powerpoint sure didn't hurt our chances with him. I honestly don't know what to think about our chances of flipping Foster and possibly Matthews, but the odds are definitely trending in a positive direction. At this point, I think we can rule out that they are trolling our fanbase. There is genuine interest there, but I don't know how much...

Holy shite. I have one extremely busy week of work and not only does the thread have 50 extra pages on it, but it was also anchored then un-anchored.

Gladiators, I salute you.

If I was 17yo and all the stories I have heard about when visiting AU actually occur I would be there every weekend. Pimping out the co-eds, free items, free alcohol, and wild parties. What HS kid would not enjoy that.

You have to drive through ATL to get to Athens from Newnan, so that that accounts for the additional time.

I go to a school and that school talks about another school. That will work.
