Alabama is recruiting on an unreal level right now. Tide has 14 commitments for 2013 - 12 have either a 4- or 5-star rating.
I can fap to this.

This class is just UNREAL.
Cooper Bateman
Reuben Foster
Jonathan Allen
OJ Howard
Altee Tenpenny
Tyren Jones
Just to name the top few... these are among the best of the best in the country. Just some SICK talent coming onboard.. can we give Saban another raise yet?

If we end up with RN, Foster, and Allen our 2014 and 2015 defenses will be filthy.

@Andrew_Gribble: Alabama's 2013 class now at 14 commitments after Allen's pledge. Eight different states represented in that group.

Do you have any doubt that Alabama can catch Michigan now?

I think building in cash bonuses based on recruiting wouldn't be a bad idea.

Alabama already owns a commitment from the No. 2-ranked 2013 tight end and is in strong shape to land a second from among the nation’s top eight.
Jeb Blazevich has gained nearly 40 pounds this offseason.
The Crimson Tide could also be in play for a 2014 tight end quickly establishing a presence on the national radar.
Jeb Blazevich, a 6-foot-5, 235-pounder at Charlotte (N.C.) Christian High School, has netted the majority of his nine offers in the last three weeks.
Alabama assistant Chris Rumph stopped by his school last week and left a memorable impression.
“He said they weren’t about recruiting better than everyone, they just work harder than everybody else,” Blazevich said. “He laid everything out about the program truthfully. They want me to make it to their camp so they can evaluate me there.
“He said we’re not going to come after you. You have to come after us. And I can appreciate that.”
Plenty of programs have made it clear they are coming after Blazevich, who was rated Sunday as a 93 by 247Sports, denoting a four-star prospect.
LSU and Virginia offered Thursday, joining a mix including Georgia, Ohio State, North Carolina, Mississippi, South Carolina, Duke and Maryland.
Clemson and Oregon scouted Blazevich last week as well, and the Tigers intimated an offer should be forthcoming if Blazevich attends one of their camps next month.
Interest in Blazevich has piqued through his sophomore film, wherein he nabbed 32 catches for 500 yards and six touchdowns as a tall, speedy 200-pound receiver.
Having been told his stock hinges on his ability to bulk into a tight end, Blazevich has added up to 40 pounds this offseason.
“I just have to avoid getting a big gut so they don’t move me to tackle,” he said with a laugh.
He isn’t lacking in college football pedigree. Blazevich’s father, Jim, played kicker and backup center at Northwestern. His grandfather on his mother’s side, Edd Tate Parker, played end and tackle at Ole Miss in the early 1950s.
While those ties are interesting, they are not expected to overly influence Blazevich’s recruitment.
Summer camp plans are still coming together, but he intends to camp at Clemson, Georgia and Ohio State and said he will try to make Alabama’s and LSU’s as well.
“I can honestly tell everyone that all the schools are even because this all sort of hit us by surprise,” Blazevich said. “After this summer I’ll try to sit down and prioritize things.”
