We don't tour that area
Theres nothing to tour there. We drive through on the way to Atlanta and Chattanooga/Nashville

I actually wished I hadn't played ball. Unless you are going to make money off of it then it isn't worth the toll it takes on your body. Plus it's hard to stop eating like a ball player once it's over. I'm going to
look at my boy if I have one and determine early if he has the size/drive to make it. If not, then he won't play football. Baseball or something else sure. But not football

That is why I was happy I had girls. I had always said if I had boys they would be all about Baseball and golf. I was a legit MLB prospect as a catcher til I messed up my knee the first time playing football. After that, if I caught more than 3 innings my lower leg would go to sleep for the next day. My big downside, I could not hit a good slider but lucky for me nobody noticed until after I could no longer catch.

Everything on my body hurts and I'm 25 and I was obese until last year. All for a few letters from Southern Miss and EMCC. I couldve been better if I'd been more motivated. I was bad arse early on. Then Alabama hit probation and all I ever wanted was to play for them. Didn't much seem worth it after that.

Why would an NFL team want the input of the guy they chose to coach Db when it came down to evaluating a player he coached for a few years vs one he coached against for a few years.
Not saying he didn't have an input I'm saying it's not like he had final say. For all we know he wanted Claiborne but told them both were damn good players.

I know the feeling. After my second knee injury in HS I still had the drive to prove to myself I could make it in college. Football was the game I loved most and I pay for it every day now. Played for my last two seasons with no ACL and a torn meniscus, the result was that I now have bone-on-bone in my right knee.

S was a larger need (Talib won't likely be suspended, & we signed a FA CB Eric Wright & got the other 2 we targeted in the draft & UDFA) that being said though, he didn't bang his hands on the table and throw a fit to draft him, should tell you something
Also Barron is a Sr & a team leader on D
Doug Martin, Sr, a team leader on O
Lavonte David - Sr, team leader on D
Keith Tandy, Sr, team leader on D
Najee Goode, Sr, team leader
their is a pattern there don't you think?

I see him going to Miami, unless they get hammered.

easy Bucc easy Buddy. I'm not arguing the merits of drafting Barron over anyone. He is a good player and a good leader.
agreed and this was part of my point. He is a good player and obviously he was liked by Cooper.
an acknowledgement that last year's Bucs team had a lack of leadership.

what I said
There were other concerns the TB FO had about Claiborne from scouting reports, then when they hired Ron & were given the inside scoop, it moved them past getting him on to Barron

Jonathan Allen, four-star defensive end from Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Va., has a pair of SEC schools at the top of his list. He travels to his native state this weekend for the first time in several years. Allen talked with Andrew Bone about the upcoming trip.
"I am heading down to Alabama this weekend," said Jonathan Allen. "I can’t wait to get down there. I am really looking forward to the trip.
"This is my first actual visit to [University of] Alabama. I am super excited about it. I have been waiting on this for a long time. I just can’t wait to see everything.
Allen has built a close relationship with his recruiter for the Tide.
"I have talked to coach Lance Thompson,” he said. “Coach Thompson has been up here once. He plans on coming again. They are recruiting me as a Jack linebacker.
"Most of the time when I talk to the coaches they talk about their school. The biggest thing is getting me on campus. That has been the biggest thing we have been talking about."
The 6-foot-3, 235-pound prospect is anxious to learn more about the position on the Tide’s defense.
"I haven’t really seen the Jack linebacker position on film yet," Allen said. “I am sure that is what we will do down there this weekend. I will get to see more of where I will fit in there."
Two SEC powerhouse programs have been at the top of Allen's list for the past few months.
"Alabama and Florida are definitely my top two schools," he said. "I would like to make my decision within the next month and a half."

If he doesn't commit to Bama on this trip, or shortly thereafter, UF is in this thing more than I think. Like I said though, I fully expect it to be a done deal after the weekend.

Yep hopefully he will commit this weekend.
