The '13 class is going to be ridiculous.

I bet him a ban from NSD to next years kickoff that RN will sign with Bama.
Posted on 2/7/12 at 1:14 pm to TreyAnastasio
Who does he think is getting him? Or is he just picking the field?
Posted on 2/7/12 at 1:14 pm to TreyAnastasio
Oh Haha I saw that I thought you meant he got banned for something else

Agreed Mag, Adams has the same skill set with better body composition and better motor, lots of potential
Also hearing the same on he and Matthews, I rescind my statement that I don't see him signing with Bama
Haul from Ga this yr could very well be best a school has ever reeled in from 1 state

I wouldn't go that far, but it could be very close. When Bob Stoops had a better recruiting staff in place, they used to raid the hell out of Texas.

I know Saban has a track record of usually only taking 1 QB, but I'm hearing very likely will be 2 high profile ones in this class, I like every bit of film I've seen on Browne, I need to go watch more Hackenberg admittedly, but I really liked what I saw for sure.
The Class of 2013 Prospect thread stickied at the top of this board has a 17 minute reel of film on him. It even shows passes that fell incomplete so it's not just "highlights."
As I have said before, Hackenberg has outstanding mechanics. He is very fluid with a natural throwing motion. He doesn't waste any movements. Excellent footwork as well. His arm is legit.

Intriguing listen. Dallas area QB coach, Kevin Murry talking about Alec Morris.
LINK
Keep in mind that he is selling one of the kids he works with.

Some of the stuff you boys are talking about sounds so outlandish. Sounds like a mash pile of rumors.

Jonathan McCrary...
I'm sorry, but when I look at McCrary I have visions of Star Jackson circa 2008. He just seems to be more of an athlete playing QB.

Talked with a HS coach over here in Georgia this morning, he told me they've heard Bama keeps looking more and more possible for M.Adams.......what are you boys hearing there?
Adams has said that Clemson is his favorite at the moment.

Four #1 classes, two national title in three years, and a host of other accomplishments seemed like a fantasy five years ago. I don't doubt anything that Coach Saban and his staff can possibly do.

He's far more polished than Star Jackson. That being said, he's not Max Browne or Christian Hackenberg. Regardless, I still like him for the 2013 class.

I understand, but it's so early. Many times those senior films digress while others jump off the charts and are making their move Into consideration for one of the nation's best. One visit somewhere else is all it can take to change a kids mind and having him sing a different tune.

I saw that earlier. I think people are surprised every year by players' actual first names. How many people actually knew Julio's real name?

He's a great player, I just like the more Pro-Style guys. They just seem to do better at Alabama than the Dual-Threat QBs.

I post on a Falcons board where I always call him Quintorris. No one knows why.
