Really?!?!
When DM15 popped up, I asked in the thread where was Boots at. [BVG]Ride said, "Boots is um around" so I kinda out two and two together.
TRey, I havent heard the name but that doesnt necessarily mean anything. I stay pretty busy doing other stuff and dont necessarily hear of new people right off

In the last 6 weeks they put her on the stage in the mall (outside of Tony Roma's) and booked her for an introductory show with her full band at the Rooster. She has been in the studio the last couple of weeks cutting some of her music. Keep an eye out for the little girl from Vestavia Hills, AL, I think she has a real shot at making it.

Is it juvenile that I search for a poster on BOL every day and down vote everything he posts?

This past weekend Jacksonville (Fla.) Sandalwood defensive end Demarcus Walker got a chance to complete with some of the best talent the Sunshine State has to offer at the Nike Football Training Camp in Orlando.
According to Walker, the highlight of the day was getting a chance to go up against the nation's number one tackle, five-star Laremy Tunsil.
"I did real good; I beat the number one tackle," exclaimed Walker. "I was just showing out. That was my best competition. He has good technique and good foot work. I started off with speed inside then came back out and got around him."
Tunsil was not the only prospect out there Walker got a chance to compete against and hang out with.
He spent a lot of the afternoon with a lot of already committed players for the Orange and Blue.
"I was out there with Ahmad (Fulwood), Nick (Washington), and Caleb Brantley."
Of course those players made sure they kept in Walker's ear about Florida.
"Quinton Powell was also out there with us, we were all cracking jokes out there. He wasn't saying like, 'Be a Gator', but they were cracking jokes because I was throwing up the Alabama 'A'.
The 6-foot-4, 276-pound big man added his reason for the Alabama 'A' was not an indication of his future pick.
"My girlfriend is an Alabama fan and it was for her it was kind of for good luck. I was just doing it for really no reason. Nothing big."
The Rivals250 prospect has picked May 24th for the date of his announcement decision, and says just because he's set a date he still changes his mind every day.
"I go back and forth every day with it," stated Walker. "I'm still going to stick with May 24th as my day to pick."
It's safe to say that Florida and Alabama are defiantly (sp?) in the running for the four-star defensive end's services, but there are a few others that Walker has his eye on too.
"Basically everyone is in the running," Walker said. 'Ya know schools like Miami, Florida State, Clemson and LSU."
Walker also adds that just because he is making his pick in may does not mean he will stick with it all the way through Signing Day.
"It's not like my pick coming up will be permanent. So the school I pick will be the one I feel the most comfortable with, it's not like a verbal commitment I can always change my mind, I'm just doing this to focus on my school work more."
With the evaluation period upon us Walker said that there have been many schools that have contacted him thus far.
"There are really a lot, but some are Clemson, Alabama, and LSU, and Florida."
Just who is contacting Walker from Florida?
"Really the entire coaching staff I've talked to, they've just been bonding with me. Coach [Will] Muschamp has told me that he wants me to be a gator and that they really want me there."
NOW SEE!!! THIS shite is what I HATE about Rivals, they pester recruits into these kind of quotes to gain readership
UF guys (Blake Alderman InsideTheGators.com writer) KNOW UF has already lost him, so to give the fans/readers confidence, they have to pester the shite outta the recruitsThis post was edited on 4/24/12 at 5:35 pm

Sounds good to me. I'm really hoping we land this kid.
ETA: Was in reference to Maurice Smith, but I hope we get Walker too.

Tray Matthews:
Foster and Matthews will visit Bama real soon and he will attempt to get Matthews to flip. Kamara is almost a lock, we are very close to landing all 3. I know its gonna take it to happen for some of you on here to believe me, but the staff is very close.....
...and this class is really starting to take shape

"I can't lie, Alabama's a great school. They say if you play for Nick Saban, you're going to come out a warrior, and he's the defensive back coach. That's just a pathway into the NFL."

Who's Blake Alderman? I'm not Rivals member.
Let's wait until after this weekend to see if UF still has no chance.

And if what Lake says is true, he won’t be the last either. Younger brother Hinson might be even better.
"He’s more of an athlete than I am," Lake said. "He plays basketball, baseball and football; plays golf if you want him to."
According to MaxPreps, his brother Terrence Hinson was 6'1/270 as a soph and played RB & DL. Found an article stating that he played RB at 275 this past year as a junior. But he's class of '13 so it's unlikely he'll be coming to Bama unless he blows up at the summer camps like his brother did.

I have no idea how reliable this is since it comes from a blog I had not previously heard of, but the write-up on Bradley Bozeman includes a couple of interesting nuggets that I've included below.
Crimson Connections article
quote:
The one thing stressed to me was the level at which he picked up on the coaching he received during the camp. The staff was impressed at how fast he learned the small things that make a complete lineman and he was described as "very physical and very easy to coach". Picking up on pass protection schemes and displaying good footwork is tough coming from a team that rarely passes the ball, that went a long way in Bradley getting the offer he was waiting for.
quote:
His performance at the OL/DL camp in Tuscaloosa last summer left no doubt with Alabama staff about the type of player he can become and the people I spoke with raved about his potential at the college level and consider him a steal in this year's recruiting class.
quote:
Bradley measured in at 6' 5", 304 lbs in Atlanta, 20 pounds lighter than he was at the end of the 2011 season, and onlookers would never guess he comes from an offense that rarely throws the ball. Never once was he beaten on a one-on-one drill and his footwork was among the best on hand.
quote:
The first words out of his mouth are always "yes sir" or "no sir" which is a positive reflection on his upbringing and his parents...Aside from his obvious physical attributes, Bradley seems to be a perfect example of the type of high character young men Saban loves to recruit
quote:
He is continuing to develop a relationship with fellow commitments like Reuben Foster, O.J. Howard and Grant Hill as well as working hard in the off season to stay in shape and improve his overall skill set.
quote:
Bradley projects as an interior offensive lineman, according to most scouts, but the Tide sees him as a possible Right Tackle, the position he has always played. After his showing at the Tide's camp last summer and in Atlanta this past weekend, it's no stretch to say he certainly has the size and athleticism to play where ever they need him. He stated during our conversation that he prefers tackle but doesn't really care where he plays, as long as he plays, and his only goal is to help the team however he can
