Does T.J. Yeldon's running style remind anyone of Glen Coffee?
Posted on 4/19/12 at 4:39 pm to CapstoneGrad06
He runs really straight up like him...

Adrian Peterson 2.0. You heard it here first.

Had Yeldon played ball in Texas, I think he would have came out with the same hype as Peterson did in 2004.

....I'm all for hyping up a player, but that's like calling Aaron Murray Drew Bree's 2.0
And yes, i understand the irony in my statement considering we have 3 Herschel's in our backfield next season

I've heard his style compared to Coffee, Upchurch, Jimmy Johns, Darren McFadden, Adrian Peterson, and Eric Dickerson. Hope he has the success of the last 3.

It was a joke aimed at the hype our fanbase put on him after the spring game. Thus the "you heard it here first" part.
Peterson is the first guy who comes to mind when I see Yeldon though. He runs upright but doesn't really sacrifice power to do it.

apologize to my Bama brethren, I believe my filter at work blocked it out. Just a j/k with the boo, edited & took it out

T.J. Yeldon is a badass, beast, bellcow, the future, the franchise (as an Orlando fan I HATE that moniker thanks to Steve Francis), and his running style is unique to me

The most powerful man in Alabama, an AD, and a US Senator
