I don't think we need to take more than 1 WR in this class though, so if they know they are going to get someone higher on the board it makes sense.

yeah NCAA screwed him to the wall, then his response to Saban/our compliance staff to leave way too prematurely really hindered his development, would've been a 3 yr starter ahead of Upshaw during his career at Bama, didn't work out, I wish him well

According to his NC State commitment article a couple months ago he won't be enrolling in any 4 year school til next January. I'm guessing he'll have 2 years to play 2.
We'll never know but I seriously doubt he would've ever started ahead of Upshaw. He might've been in position to be a starter for us in '12 though.

Um, no. He came in during the summer. Only practiced with the team for the first few fall practices and looked good but in no way won the starting spot. Not even close.
