You going by the words of his own mouth? Not very wise.
We are likely about to hire a DB coach that just swore he wasn't going to interview.
You and I both know what defense he would excel in more.

His top 2's defensive scheme isn't a complete coincidence.

Well that just makes him another LSU liar now don't(gic) it?

It doesn't matter which one he will excel in more. He's gonna be a 1st round draft pick wherever he goes. What matters more is which one he would rather play in which he states is the 3-4.

Unless he doesn't outgrow the JACK, I'd go with the 4-3...He'd be a sick DE.

Who says that's his top two? Or did you forget what team led before bama showed interest and had him living with his coach? We've stayed in constant contact throughout. He grew up an LSU fan, but that hasn't worked out well for us lately.

Not quite. He said he wouldn't come down for an interview. There is such things as phones nowadays.

Keep watching. I'm calling it now. Raymond will be at LSU before the end of the week.

If he outgrows JACK, chances are he be too big for 43 DE. He literally has to get past 300 pounds to not play JACK in my opinion.
Upshaw played there at 6-1, 275. Nkemdiche is listed at 6-5 with a much more athletic frame...

I would put the number at more like 285 or 290 but that's almost splitting hairs. Nkemdiche is a freak, simple as that. He carries 270 pounds like a WR.

Apparently so, because I've never seen where LSU led or was the 1st in on him.
And as far as growing up an LSU fan, he also said he was USCw fan. Sounds like a he really doesn't have an affiliation to me. Rather a bandwagon fan who went for whichever the hot team was...

Saban didn't need to negatively recruit to get TJ, anyone who actually knows the details of his recruitment will tell you that.

First ever scout update on him. First to offer as well. I still say he ends up at bama, but LSU will make it interesting. Especially with us losing Montgomery and Likely Mingo next year. Playing time will not only be there it will be in abundance on arguably the top DLine in the nation for years to come.

Why did you feel the need to repeat yourself 8 hours later?

Why you keep wanting to argue about DeSean Smith when OT is a totally different situation than going to a rival cross state school and all they talk about is what the other school and what happened on NSD. I'm not gonna argue what Bama is doing with D. Smith is nowhere near what some other scooped are doing.
Also Gator knows of what he speaks, this is a total mind f*#k Saban and staff is pulling with this situation. Rob is in the bag, done deal. Like I said Tray has become a chess match and if you don't think Bama has a shot the door has swung wide open for Bama in the last week or so.

First off, frick Scout.
Secondly, I'll take your word for it.
And lastly, someone of his caliber shouldn't worry about competition for playing time. He'll likely walk in as a freshman and take Bama's JACK position from a returning starter if he's anywhere close to being as good as they say.
If Saban decides to play him as a down lineman fulltime, that's blows my opinion out of the water...
