Workout/visit apparently didn’t go great this past Friday but not sure why exactly.

Really good get. I believe we may have led with him going into the weekend, but I think the combination of not having his best day at our camp on Friday plus having a couple higher prospects left on the board made it tough for us to pursue him at the same level as Tennessee.
Regardless, that should be a pretty immediate boost to your DL when he gets into town.

We did but we had him work out for our coaches over the weekend and then let him leave before the reveal...Supposedly we had a HUGE surprise visitor that asked to remain anonymous

From his remarks, sounds like the heat might have gotten the best of him that day, and then he didn't respond well either... I think he's a hell of a player.
