You’re Saban. What changes, small or large, do you make to the program in general?

Saban made significant differences after 2013 and really the program has been so much different since that time.

Is it a game that warrants significant changes in philosophy or personnel or was it just a very bad showing? I personally think it was a mix of both, but one change that does need to be made is coordinator continuity philosophy. I think Tosh and Dan stay for a while cause Tosh is really new to the system and Dan has never been more than a position coach, OC or fairly mediocre coach at a G5 school. I feel like Dan Enos was a completely underrated hire and one of the best moves Saban has made since he’s been here, right up with Kiffin and Smart. I’d throw the bank at Enos if I was Saban/Alabama.

I’d also change the WR recruiting slightly. Alabama always seems to have a bunch of tiny little speed demons but never that huge power athlete at wide receiver like Julio. I mean sure, having guys like Ruggs and Juedy is great but it just seems like Saban has just totally forgotten about that type of player. Every time he is beaten, it’s always a sort of mobile QB with a big arse WR that occasionally nails them out when they throw mediocre passes. TAMU 2012, AU 2013, SCAR 2010, Ole Miss 2014-2016...I could go on. And it always seems our DBs covering these guys are like 5’ 10” 180 pounds when the WR is about 6’ 5” 230 pounds of pure muscle.

Just a few things from me personally

Also, frick Auburn.

Pretty simple

Just throw more coaches at it

Get that staff up to one coach per player. A slade bolden coach. A Sean Kelly coach, etc

Make sure Enos runs the ball, Throw the bank at a real OL coach. I want Ed Warriner but if he won't leave the midwest then get whoever Iowa has. Also get Iowa's defensive back coach while we're at it. Demote Tosh, promote Golding and pay them both more money. Hire that coach that got fired by the Panthers. Take a pay cut.

The only change he could make is keep the same coaching staff. He keeps losing them yearly. Other than that not much to xhange

Yeah at this point continuity becomes a factor. He’s fought it on offense since McElwain left and defense since Kirby left. It’s a product of success and work load. I love Enos and am unsure about Tosh but at this point can we at least keep our coordinators in tact.

I walk up to every recruit on the list and tell them "my representative will deliver you cash to sign with us", then pressure professors for grades on current players.

I then call the NCAA and tell them I've been forcing players to use undetectable PEDs, firing team doctors for diagnosing concussions, and that I was told to do all the above by the president of the system and AD.

I then fly to Ecuador.

We need stability with the coordinators. Otherwise don't change a thing. We went 14-1 and beat the piss out of our 3 rivals. Things are still pretty excellent if you ask me.

Changing coordinators is more of the same problem. Continuity for once.

First thing is to tell the fans to go frick themselves. I would tell the sidewalk fans to keep their arse home during the A-Day Game. To make sure that happens I would charge $5 for a entry fee. I would tell the pussy frat boys that they had to sit amongst the normal students at the game. I would enforce a dress code for the fans. Nobody over 40 years old would be allowed to wear a crimson football jersey to the game, nobody would be allowed to wear a ball cap that the colors can not be determined, no female over 150lbs would be allowed to wear a leather mini or houndstooth cowboy boots with matching hat. In other words, blow up the whole program.

You know it hit home. You were either pissed because it hit too close to home or it made you laugh because you have seen everything I wrote.

He wouldn't be able to answer that, it doesn't pertain to driving a forklift or HVAC repair
