Why did we not run the ball with Trent Richardson again?

If it had worked,,, sure it would have been a great call. But letting a receiver throw the ball against a defense like LSU's was stupid that late in a tie ball game. Especially with a running back like Richardson. That never fumbles...

It was a brilliant call and an attempt by our coaching staff to break the game open. Had one of our receivers ran his route correctly that LSU player isn't there to make that play.

There's only one answer here for LSU fans and that's 1/9/12.
May very well be the worst coaching blunder of all of college football, not just LSU football.

We're national champions of coaching blunders.

This probably was not a play that Bama had spent much time practicing.. Maybe the previous week,,, it was obvious at least one player was not sure where he was suppose to be. But it was not a bad throw by Maze...

I'm torn between the '10 loss at Kentucky or the '11 loss to Auburn at home.

Either of them were because of coaching blunders, both of them were because Spurrier stuck with Garcia for too long.

Of course, Auburn '11 was Garcia's last game. The HBC had enough ... finally.
