Has Nick Saban ever gone to a Bama basketball game? Seems like Bama doesn't have a lot of support between different sports within the AD.
Not only does Gus and football players regularly attend basketball games after their season is over, but it's not uncommon at all to see high profile alumni like Cam Newton, Charles Barkley, Frank Thomas, Josh Donaldson, Tim Cook, etc in the stands for basketball games since Pearl has taken over.

C'mon dude. He said he whupped bama's arse. Everyone knew it was coming no matter how many players we were missing.
Once Bama squeaked one out at home against us, it was pretty much guaranteed we would name the score and beat Bama by 40 if we wanted to at home.
Just be happy Bruce cleared the bench when we were up 28 or whatever and didn't run it up to 40 and hang 100 on y'alls loser arse.
Say thank you Bruce, pray you don't have to play AU again till next year and move along.

He told the Kirby bitch to tell his daddy Saban that AU would see Georgia in Atlanta.

Bo...let me preach on it. Auburn is a stepping stone to where Alabama wants to go. Beating Alabama is enough for Auburn.
That is why Auburn both is, and never will amount to, shite.
Gus Malzahn is not that good a coach, but he isn't a moron. He had to have those two games at home last year to keep his job. He caught Bama at the right time, and give Auburn credit, they were a very good football team..at home.
So you win those two games, you are the toast of college football and you are on the cusp of winning the SEC and having a shot at doing great things....BUT.
Those two games took everything you had physically. You ran Johnson into the ground and Alabama beat the hell out of him. Plus the party was over, no more home games.
Now remember I said Gus Malzahn is not a moron. But the powers that be at Auburn are. Over the years they have proven it over and over, how many coaches have you had on the payroll at different times? So they offer him a big contract and he cashes in. Just like he was hoping would happen.
So what happens then? Gus goes from riding high, to losing the SECCG. Well we still won the Iron Bowl. What's that you say? WTF..Alabama got in the Playoffs!!!?????
Well we got a good bowl game...and Gus blows that one too and gives Aubies a FOUR LOSS SEASON..and then that damn Alabama goes and wins the FREAKING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!
Four losses..No SEC Title...Iron Bowl didn't mean a damn thing, Georgia stomps the hell out of you in the rematch and you lose your bowl to a nobody. This was the worst case scenario and you gave Malzahn a big raise?
