What do you mean "if?" You need to get up to speed on Bama's history. You have a whole litany of stuff magnitudes beyond this. Just a few years back your baseball coach was betting in the dugout before a game.
(FTR, I don't ever recall other SEC schools wanting to kick Bama out of the SEC. Maybe a few Auburn nut cases but no one else. And now, I've seen OU and Texas posters wanting to replace us with ND. I don't know of any SEC fans from the old 10-team conference that would've entertained that.)

Why weren’t the Gumps charged with LOIC? Obviously, if a head baseball coach is betting pregame from their dugout they don’t have control over their program?

I have good friends that went to LSU and they were probably my second favorite team in the SEC.
Then in one fell swoop LSU managed to become the embodiment of everything that people hate about the current state of college football. Hire the Cam Newton of head coaches, portal the hell out of your roster, raid Ole Miss in the process and fight the SEC to bring back guys who left for the NFL…and do it with as big of an FU as possible.

Incorrect, the program didn't do that. One man did, he was laundering money through multiple avenues.
And it wasn't a "children's cancer ward," it was a foundation that supports an entire hospital system. Semantics, but let's at least get it right.

Also, those 2 pro guys were never officially on LSUs roster, so, I really don't understand all of the fuss. The NCAA or some judge started all of this by saying or ruling that it was okay for former college players with eligibility left to come back. Kiffin was just exploiting this loophole.
