You couldn’t thrive in your current environment with those same resources. How in the hell do you waste that to the tune of 3 conference titles in 25 years of the Big 12?

You are accustomed to just one major game in conference per year (OU) and you've been kidding yourselves into thinking that the rest of the teams in the conference you wrecked measure up in any meaningful way. They don't.
It's fine. You're going to find out what big boy football is soon enough. Texas is softer than baby shite right now, and so are its fans. The only ones who don't seem to realize that are Texas fans.

Texas hasn’t had a top5 coaching staff in the Big12 the last decade. Huge administrative failure as a result of a revolving door at the Athletic Director position. Believe it or not, it’s not easy preparing for some of those offenses on 5 days notice compared to a month like a bowl preparation. Texas has been a failure at multiple levels since 2011. We have the best AD in the country now. We have a coaching staff that I believe would be top 5 in the SEC, and we have a roster that would also be top 5 in the SEC. Feels like we finally got our shite together.
