he is using articles as "facts". Yahoo has come out with several articles that LSU fans insists are pure poppycock.

So either articles are the gospel or they aren't. I do have enough common sense that I know it is either one or the the other. No cherry picking.

I am also smart enough to know that the FEDS, or the defense, are going to put all of their cards on the table before the trial.

never said I did. Again, "facts" does not equate only to a legal conclusion of the case. I know this has been a confusing concept for you.

No he isn’t moron. He said to go look up the court documents. You were to lazy so I did it for you. I can’t help you that you were to lazy to open the links.

that's why I didn't waste my time. He's just a millennial that wants the "cliffs" to everything without having to spend any time reading, so why on earth would I waste my time doing research for him that he wouldn't read even if provided. I mean you spoon fed him a legal document that outlined the feds investigation and he blatantly ignores it. Simply amazing.

Speaking of cards, let me tell you something.

When it comes to this thread, you are long past the point of folding. Too late to walk away. You might wanna run while you can.

I have actually further brought out what LSU fans have shown for a few months now.........your heads are in the sand.

We will be revisiting Will Wade at some time down the road. Then it will be regarding the NCAA and not the FEDS.

bookmark this. put it in your sig quote.

You should really go read this Release from the DOJ involving the October case. It outlines 3 pay for play schemes. Why have we not heard more about these? The schools and people involved have been redacted, but you can get a feeling for a few possible candidates.

About what specifically. You tell me, with specificity, what people in this thread have validated for you, how, and why.

You’ve done nothing but speak in generalities, barely making sense while doing so, all the while continuously making allegations of things people have said when they haven’t. You’ve shown repeatedly that you know next to nothing about this scandal. And after all of that, the conclusion you have reached is our heads are in the sand. You’re pulling at straws at best at this point

You spent 3 pages arguing that “Persons was convincing players to leave Auburn”. Who’s head is I the sand?

Have you even opened the DOJ documents I linked? Or would you rather just leave your head in the sand and go off the Yahoo “report”?

Again, LSU is not being singled out. There will be multiple schools brought into this. LSU just happens to be one of possibly a top 25 or 30....maybe even more.

quote:

FBI Assistant Director William F. Sweeney Jr. said: “Today’s charges detail a corrupt practice in which highly rated high school and college basketball players were steered toward lucrative business deals with agents, advisors, and an international athletics apparel company. As alleged, NCAA Division I and AAU coaches created a pay-to-play culture, agreeing to provide access to their most valuable players while also effectively exerting their influence over them. Today’s arrests should also serve as a warning to those who conduct business this way in the world of college athletics.”

This is as damning as it gets. I fully expect more to come out this go around.

I still don't get the "what about them"? card that LSU fans constantly play. It's not going to be pretty for any caught up in this.

Who gives a damn about Wade anymore...cheated and team couldn’t make it past the sweet 16. Almost lost every game in the tourney and then got blown apart by Sparty.
So he’s going to now do even better with NCAA on his shoulder?

Lulz. Calipari, Pearl and Buzz fixing to work him like a rented mule..if he even actually makes it to coach a game

Person was not buying players. How much clearer can it be than that?

This is like you trying to equate Wade and Pearl not talking to the Pres. and AD as the exact same thing.....which it isn't.

that's actually exactly what he was doing, or rather he was the middle man for someone else buying players and received a "referral fee" for doing so.

No one ever said Person was “buying” players for a university. He was “buying” players for an agent/financial advisor.

Did you just say that a guy who was convicted of laundering money is clean?
