Sometimes every fan base is delusional, so the whole Gruden thing wasn't a big deal. But after today... You guys take the delusion cake. Holy shite your fans are drinking the crazy water.

You smokin crack again? No reason for him to come here. No reason for him to be unhappy where he is. Every reason to think the situation is outlandish. I mean hell, this isn't even a shared delusion you can put on group hysteria when it passes.

Jamie Dixon wants out of Pitt, if the rumors are to be believed. This would be a homerun hire and I think a legitimate possibility.

Dude is universally known as one of the biggest choke jobs in the country when it comes to march. But by all means call him a home run hire.

He'd be a better hire than Howland, IMO. Howland is Kelvin Sampson part II.

Dixon is a decent bench coach and a good recruiter and has proven that at the highest division 1 level. Proven winners in the tournament who've performed consistently aren't coming to Tennessee. That's not a slam. They wouldn't come to 99% of schools. And there's only 10-15 of them.

He'd be a home run hire for Tennessee.

It's like we're talking about Duke or North Carolina here.

This would be a decent hire. Would be a great hire if D Wade comes as a GA.

Why does anyone think he'd be a good college coach. He's barely an above average NBA coach.

Like any college coach, he has to recruit. And quite honestly I wouldn't go to play for him, regardless of his championship rings. I believe he's riden on the shoulders of greats, and did little to make them greats. I'm sure there are tons of young athletes out there that agree with that sentiment.
