Would Sark go back to the NFL?

Sark has had a tough time in past coaching assignments. He knows that life is not easy, and it has taken him a long time to regain respect and become a success.

Sark is in a good spot now, and is smart enough to know that any move is a risk. Plus $10M / year is not chump change, and I truly think he is enjoying rebuilding Texas into a dominant program. There is still a lot of unfinished business for Sark to complete. And Sark and UT, with its deep pocket boosters, happen to be very good at putting teams together under the new NIL and transfer portal rules.

Sure, Sark could make a move in the future, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon…

I think he wants to win at least one natty before he makes the jump, but I think he does go back to the NfL eventually.

Is Texas willing to take BK away from LSU after Sark leaves for the NFL?

You're kidding yourself if you don't think Sark would jump at an NFL job. Kiffin doesn't hide his contempt for the current CF that is college football and while he's grown comfortable in Oxford, he'd jump in a heart beat too.

Of course, all of us are guessing right? But Sark move right away... no I don't think so... Sark's body language looks good, he seems to enjoy his current position, he works well with CDC and the UT administration, and fans are treating him well. Plus with the success he is having now, it's not like he is weakening his future NFL coaching prospects.

Grass is not always greener on the other side. NFL has some shite owners and its own politics. Not a lot of fun to work for a manipulative owner like Jerry Jones and his family, IMO. Nick Saban and Urban Meyer did not have a lot of fun in the NFL, and Sark knows all about the college to NFL coaching failures.

Sometime in the future move back to the NFL? Yeah, maybe, if the position is right for him. If one is mostly happy in life otherwise, though, why change that? More money than $10M a year won't necessarily make a coach happier...Sark moving right away is mostly clickbait and opposing fan wishful thinking...

I’d love to know how many posts TrueLefty has made about Brian Kelly. Has to be in the hundreds. It is very, very strange.

Would be much easier for sure. Wouldn't have to recruit his roster every year.

Most big time programs have an entire department now where the HC doesn't have to do hardly any of that and hardly any recruiting.

Ryan Day is another one reportedly getting interest from the league.

I wouldn't blame any coach for jumping ship from CFB to the NFL. Who the frick would want to deal with nil and the portal every year?

if he goes he goes. Can't blame him.

There have been college coaches than him that tried to make the jump and failed.

Sark has unfinished business in Austin. I think he wants to play through the upcoming Arch era and see what happens.

All bets are off after that.

It would really depend on the team. Browns? Fuq that. Patriots? He’d take the call. Sometimes grass isn’t always greener and the pressure to win and win now in the NFL are far greater than CFB.

Ryan Day is reportedly retiring from OSU if he wins the title.

His family revived a ton of death threats and he’s tired is the college grind.

Don’t blame him.

I doubt he's married. If he's this obsessed with a football coach, imagine how creepy he'd be with a woman he was actually emotionally attached to.
