He was by far the best performing we on your team.

His numbers would have made him #3 on OUR roster

Smith absolutely would have started over Marshall and probably have started over Jefferson. Doubt he’d start over Chase though he’d give him a run for his money.

Actually, he would've pushed Jefferson out more than likely. Chase and Marshall are the freaks with size that can blow the top off and get vertical. Justin was the route runner with hands and precision.

You don't sit the Biletnikoff winner for a Biletnikoff finalist.

Now having said that, Marshall's metatarsal injury that kept him out from midway through the Vandy game until he came back versus Auburn would've pushed Smith into the line up and bumped Terrace into the 4th WR role. We would've probably run Quads more with Moss at TE on the sidelines more often once they all were healthy.

Hmmm, 88% CB's for Bama, 12% for UGA, yet somehow, he decided to go to L$U. But only after the rumor mill blew up that L$U was getting involved using the Will Wade playbook. So a "$trong a$$ offer was made and accepted and out of the blue, a team that wasn't even on the radar with this kid until late, lands him. Yeah, we see how that works.

The draft seems to feel your #2 WR would be the #4 WR from Alabama.

I guess those idiots with scouting jobs should have spent more time on internet message boards.

Sounds like you’re one of the many Gumps who is pissed that Alabama can’t afford to play the game

Short answer: absolutely not.

He made a decent career move (playing time) by choosing Bama.

Short answer: Yes.

Longer answer: He's a year ahead of Chase and Marshall (same class as Jefferson). He would have easily won a starting position at LSU alongside Jefferson in 2018 (remember, we started that season with Giles as a starter). There is no reason to think he would have relinquished the starting role in 2019. In fact, he would have flourished under Brady just like our guys did. The starting three would have been Chase, Jefferson, Smith. No question. Marshall is a great player, though. Expect big things from him next year.

..Terrace Marshall was the best redzone threat in the country.

People forget that his numbers were better than Chase's and Jefferson's before going down against Vandy.

I'm sure we could've found a spot for OneFitty Smitty on special teams.

Same scouts that out together their 6-10 teams?

I mean, they're typical Louisianans. This is truly how these people are. Lowest IQ's on the planet.

Those darn Louisianans!

Y’all boys ever been to Texas? We all wear cowboy hats, spurs on our boots and ride horses to work.

We also provide LSU with top talent, every year.

God Bless Texas.

Devonta Smith was the best WR on Bama’s team last year IMO. Dude’s a hoss and will light it up even more this year.

And yes he’d start on LSU this year opposite of Chase
