That was a bad call!!!
I agree. But to be fair, they made up for it by calling UC on Charles Scott when he scored a TD right after.

Arkansas are still crying 6 years later about this game?
You were #1 in the country and got clearly outplayed by a better team in your own stadium. Has any crew been suspended since for cheating?

Time to let that go. UGA got a "make up call" against LSU and still couldn't score. The only difference was LSU took advantage of theirs, and UGA didn't.

So, you have to throw in the same call they made on Charles Scott right after that.
Just a make up call. Damage already done.

Ark. vs. Florida in 2009. Crew was suspended for their efforts in this game. Clearly the SEC was protecting Gators NC hopes. All of these came later in the 4th quarter I believe.
It wasn't just Florida, they were protecting Bama as well. The no call spear to Jefferson, the obvious int by Peterson. LSU and Arkansas were not going to be allowed to win those games if the SEC had anything to do with it.

This is the worst call I have ever seen:
"Spike the ball" -Les Miles
Oh wait, you said by the refs. Nevermind.

The LSU offsides last year was worse
As well as the BS penalty on our WR earlier in the game, and the no call pass interference by TAMU.
That game was badly officiated all around.

You do know you have to be completely beyond the line of scrimmage for it to be a penalty?

This one gets my vote. Really fricking bad call.

And what's worse is that the refs tried to make up for it by calling the same thing on LSU's TD. Really stupid rule.

Love it when Gumps say Julio had his hand on the ball thus it was incomplete because he was out of bounds.

You forgot the phantom first down for Florida.
IIRC, that wasn't actually a bad call, though.
What I never understood is that Curles would later say that he knew he'd made a mistake with the PF call, so why did he let it stand? His crew cost us that game, despite what some Florida fans wanna believe.

Auburn's phantom TD in our 2010 game. Newton fumbled at the goal line, an Arkansas player picked it up and returned it about 20 yards, but the refs had already called a TD and didn't consider this irrefutable evidence.
There was no evidence of the ball ever crossing the goal line, so what did they need to see?
There was also the infamous "Pass Interference My arse" game against SMU in 1982. The game was played on national TV inside Texas Stadium. This was the best year for the cheating Pony Express and this game would decide who won the SWC, and went to the Cotton Bowl.
With Lou as our coach, Arkansas appeared to have the game won, so SMU threw up a hail mary and the refs called PI on Arkansas. Back then, the ball was moved to the spot of the PI call, which allowed SMU to kick a FG and tie the game, which is all they needed to win the SWC. The NCAA changed the rule in the off-season to what it is today.
