They were horrible - abundant missed calls on both teams

It happens. Every team that plays football gets caught from time to time by poor officiating. I just don't see the point of jumping up and down and screaming about it.
It won't change the fact that the scoreboard will remain the same.

Alabama won the game and another National Title. I said this before the game and I will say it now....nobody plays better than Alabama when the game means something.

Hopefully we will get another shot, soon.

I bet you didn't think we would score on you with 2nd and 26 either.

Given the young playmakers seen on both sides in that game, i'm sure it will be sooner rather than later.

Kirby should have watched the Auburn/LSU game to see what happens when you take your foot off the other teams throat. Their offense just went vanilla. The officiating was a secondary issue.

I said the same thing when Tony Brown got roasted. Supposedly the fastest player on the team gets run by like he's standing still. And even at that, if you know hw's going by you, hold the freakin guy. At least it would have been a 10 yard penalty at best. But with those officials, it would have been incidental contact.

ord is several UGA players are already regretting their decisions and won't be in Athens in 2018

One stupid post does not justify a stupid response.

I know I saw several on the Alabama side and we had a number, too. We also had several players RS that should be great players next year. It's really nice to think we will be in the mix for several years to come.

Mecole going to be a force next season. Kid can't fly but has iffy hands.

If I was a coach and it's 2nd and 26 - I give you everything you want underneath but you ain't getting deep. That was the most frustrating thing in the game.

Uh ok, we have the #1 rcruiting class this year. The number 3 class from last year and will finish top 3 in 2019.

I think we'll be there again. Meanwhile, your coach is almost 70....so....yea

UGA has a fantastic recruiting class, a great new young coach and the future looks bright. UGA's Administration FINALLY woke the frick up and chose to step up their game and they're positioning themselves to be championship contenders. Be happy!

Our coach is 66 yrs old, he is a living legend who's been re-writing the CFB history books for the last decade. I'm happy!

I was just hoping we could gain a few yards back, and give Papanasty one more chance to be a hero.

Look, and if everybody can't see this they are blind, Kirby has brought the Process to Athen's and is building his program the same way Saban has built his. Barring injuries to prominent players Georgia will be there at the top of the East year in and year out.

The reason you won is because the refs stole a punt block
so you are mad that they correctly called that play because it went against you? Are you mad they didn't call that 80 yard TD out? because that would have been there right call

This is my favorite thing in the world. Alabama fans saying "it happens. it's part of the game" after spending the entire offseason bitching about pick plays after last year's finish on what was objectively a judgement call... rather than simple procedural penalties that had a dramatic impact on the game in their favor this year.

I'm not here to bitch about the penalties, but this "on both sides" nonsense has got to stop. Just like UGA fans like OP need to "Harden the frick up" and deal with it... Alabama fans need to own that the officiating was unbalanced in their favor, and not by a small margin. As you said... it happens. Congrats on the win.

I'm surprised to see such a pathetic, ridiculous post from you.
