Worst halftime performance you've ever seen

Back in 2009 when Alabama played Ole Miss in Oxford, their band director thought it would be a swell idea to play "Redneck Woman" with several plus sized dancers. By far the worst halftime performance I've ever seen.

I must say, that one stands out more than any other for me. That may be a good thing in the directors mind? But it just seemed so fitting for them to play it. I love a good college band though

It wasn't at halftime, but in 2009 when we played Jackson State, the horrible Mississippi State band played Thriller.
Jackson State followed with their version and the stadium shook.

Im sure the other schools do this somewhat, but I dread when our halftime performance incorporates all the middle and high school cheerleaders in the state

Happens when you mess up your proportions and heavily weight your band to the brass side. Can't forget the woodwinds.

Eh, that style is for the HBCUs.
You know what little school has a band that would kick everyone's arse in the SEC?

UGA lit a small part of our field on fire during half time last game because the flag girl couldn't put her torch out.
