Chad Morris at Arkansas is pretty hard to beat.

This is the right answer. He would leave the team the night before a game to go see his son play high school football in Texas.

Jimbo Fisher is not even in the conversation. At TAM he went 45-25 overall, 27-21 in the SEC. He won an orange bowl and finished 4th one season. He finished ranked in the top 25 half of his seasons.

He would be in the top 5 all time of Auburn coaches. He isn’t anywhere on the list of worst hires.

Worst contract? Yes, that is possible. But that is on the AD Woodward, not on Jimbo.

Matt Luke was always a Mike Shula kind of hire where you were in a bad situation and couldn't be expected to make a better hir

bullshite. It was a lazy hire from a shitty AD in Bjork. We had a decent roster and the probation was coming to an end. Plenty of acceptable coaches would have taken that $4 million paycheck to coach in the SEC. That being said, I'm glad we weathered the Luke show because we ended up much better. We got the GOAT AD and a great coach. Carter and Kiffin make quite a good team in our athletic department.

Mike Price at Alabama never coached a game before he got fired so that has to be pretty high on the list.

Chad Morris. Not close. Unqualified. Losing record at a G5 school. Arguably worst career record in SEC as head coach.
