I mean stoops had SO MUCH NIL capital last season he was able to sign Zac Freaking Calzada. There were absolutely top QBs in the portal last season, and his budget allowed him to use pennies on the most important position on the field.

Two way street. He appeared to be here to just cash checks.
A lot of the fan base was tired of the same issues (last 2 minutes of the half game management) and not being able to put points on the board.
Was it bad OC's or Stoops unwilling to give them the reins. Coen had two stints at UK as OC, moved on and looks like he turned the Jags around.
