Pitcher knew from the sound of the ball hitting the bat. Just completely deflated.

I like the bracket flip in softball. With baseball, it's possible the 2 best teams are locked into the same half of the bracket. With softball, it gives the losing team a chance to claw back if they are in fact one of the best 2 teams.

Time to move the tournament out of OKC.

This is unacceptable!!

People constantly bitch about OKC being the host every year even though there is absolutely no other option out there...

But the rain delays do get old... The WCWS is always scheduled during the rainiest time of the year in OKC.

It is kind of funny because the Oklahoma State Fair is always mid September... which is the other time of the year you can pretty much count on rain.

OU will run rule Texas like they did earlier this year. Texas was never close to beating them

That’s not the hot take you think it is considering they absolutely own us in softball

Weather in late May can suck all over. Oklahoma gives the fans and the players the best environment. It’s why LA didn’t want to host softball for the Olympics. OKC is just pretty much softball central.

It’s an advantage for OU, but you got to get there first. And OU does. No one thinks Omaha helps Nebraska baseball.
