What other sports is good for the school like Carolina? Football is coming around, but I see Women Basketball as their best sports so far. Mizzou has wrestling.

That's because women's basketball has been pushed and promoted ad nauseum, not because there's a great demand for it.
If college baseball were getting the same advertising treatment it would be leaps and bounds beyond women's basketball.

We are currently ranked in football, wbb, men's tennis, women's tennis (individuals) baseball, women's soccer, we suck arse in MBB, softball and have no gymnastics team. Oh and we dont do the whole weird arse wrestling shite. The rest idk about.

What's weird is that when you watch gymnastics and track you see the true female athletes. Don't know why basketball doesn't attract the top-tier female athletes like those sports do.

I’d put forward that softball is a significantly more watchable sport relative to baseball than women’s basketball is to men’s basketball because they made changes to the game to help account for some of the physiological differences in the athletes. Womens basketball is like fitting a square peg into a round hole.
When you're watching SEC softball, you're watching some of the best softball players in America. When you're watching SEC women's basketball (or even the WNBA), you're watching players who couldn't hang with a decent high school boys team. Why would I ever pay actual money to watch someone play a sport worse than a pickup squad at the local YMCA?

Not true at all. Even women's softball out draws College Baseball. It's just not an appealing sport to the majority of the country. And I prefer College Baseball, but the facts are what they are.

Watching women play basketball is like trying to watch men in gymnastics and figure skating. They just don't mesh.
