Yep, but it didnt matter. So congrats on getting into the cotton bowl. Thats a real solid achievement.

This thread is about next year though, ya know, when we beat the frick out of yall and probably send you into a tailspin that will ruin your season.

I'm more worried about the Vandy game than the Bama game. No huddle spread scares Saban.

A&M was coming off a much more difficult stretch of 5/6 on the road with the lone home game being LSU. Please spare me the cries about playing LSU weeellly weeeellly tough the week before.

are you serious? that 'tough' 5 game stretch was ole miss, la tech, lsu (who you lost to), auburn, and miss st. auburn counts as a bye, and miss st was crap. the bama defense was on the field for 40 minutes against lsu. you dont recover from that fully in a week that late in the season. they were pretty obviously hungover in the 1st quarter, where you scored 20 points. they proceeded to hold you to 9 points the rest of the game, while scoring 24. talking about it is pointless though, you will see for yourself in september.

Since aTm keeps this run from being a true dynasty, bama will be ready

Kevin Sumlin is 1-0 against Saban as a HC, also has nine months to prepare and has the best player in college football at his disposal.

It will be very difficult, but Bama fans are acting like A&M is going to be spending the next nine months scheming for Rice.

Marquise Lee doesn't play for A&M.

This

Saban has lost seven games from 2008 until now. Five of them were to spread teams. Against "spread" offenses frm BCS conferences that ranked top 20 nationally in total offense he is 2-4.

Umm yes.
Playing a stretch of 5 games on the road with your only home game being LSU is pretty difficult. Not to mention Bama was the last game of that stretch.

Just because your QB likes to cry doesn't mean our team wasn't pretty exhausted playing on the road so much and get to end it with Bama @BDS.

That's the beautiful thing about not running an offense based on gimmicks like yall do. We are going to line up and run it down your throat. Everyone knows what we are going to do, yet no one can stop it.

Damn, you guys are right. I guess A&M should just forfeit now to save ourselves the embarrassment.

Actually the beautiful thing is that you, nor anyone else has a Johnny Manziel, and you therefore can never replicate him or our offense in practice.

See OU in our bowl game.

Didn't work this year. Bama's running game was unusually pedestrian by their standards against us in fact.

You can call our offense whatever you want, the fact is that we put up a season high in yardage and/or points on 11 of the 13 teams we played. Our "gimmick" works.
