Kirby has won a Natty.
A perfect regular season and avenged his loss in the SECCG. He can definitely win the big ones.

ONE TIME.... he's done it ONE TIME. So by your analogy then Orgeron is in the same category as UGA.

You know what's also not misleading?
The Hollywood Biopic "Knute Rockne, All American" starring Pat O'Brien as Rockne and Ronald Reagan as George Gipp was released in 1940.

Yes, a movie where Ronald Reagan was young enough to portray a college kid was released more recently than Aggy's most recent title

Do Parseghian's winning percentage with the number of games played today. Who would be the winningest then?

You’re scared and he hasn’t even spanked Fi$her yet. I guess when he does, Jimbo will have lost to the worst coach Notre Dame ever had.

If you are going to gush about your coach winning a Sun Belt title,Kelly won a Big East Title at Cincinnati in 2009.

Brian Kelly has 1 MAC championship and 2 Big East championships.

Guess you didn’t think that one through.

But not at Notre Dame which you said only counts. Guess you didn't think that one through.
And you also ignored another Napier conference title. Busted.

Yes I love comparing current coaches to coaches from the early 1900's.

Show me where I posted anything on this previously?

Brian Kelly appears to have 3 conference championships at the FBS level.

Billy Napier appears to have 2 conference championships at the FBS level.

Given that Kelly has coached at an independent for the last 12 years, and played for the conference championship in the lone year they were associated, I’m not sure what “gotcha” you think you’ve proven here?

Interesting claim.

The original poster commented that UF hired a coach with a single conference (sun belt) championship. You responded by stating that conference championship was more than Kelly had.

I subsequently posted that Kelly has actually won 3 conference championships. You responded to me that those weren’t at Notre Dame and thus don’t count(?) and Napier actually won the sun belt championship twice.

I again responded by simply outlining the number of conference championships each coach has won, 3 for Kelly and 2 for Napier. Then included the factoid that Kelly has coached an independent for the last 12 years.

Please identify where any “goalposts have been moved” and point out any inaccuracies in my post.
