I did in the BCS era but not anymore.
Under the BCS there was value to being the best conference. Now the SEC has to just to not be the worst P5.

I don't understand people that pull for the conference. I have a few SEC teams I like to see win, but generally don't care about anyone other than 'Bama winning anything.

Yes, always pull for all SEC schools in all sports all the time. SEC is one of the best things to ever happened to A&M and I'm proud we are here.

I go back a long way. I remember the disrespect the SEC received from the national media decades and decades ago. The South as a region is still disrespected. So, I guess I am old school. I hope all the SEC teams do well.
Do bowl results affect recruiting? Has a recruit ever said I signed with or did not sign with (fill in the blank) because the won/lost their bowl game last year?
