Ok let’s compare 2009 Bama. That’s supposedly yalls best team right? Ok.

Yalls non conference game that year was a neutral site against Virginia tech. Didn’t face a tough East team like usual and how many of the sec west teams were even good that gear? I know LSU wasn’t a top 5 team at that point. Texas was good in 09 but not Clemson good. Don’t get me started on the Mark Ingram heisman. That was the most garbage Heisman in recent memory.

Just face it. LSU in 2019 is superior to 2009 Alabama.

That's funny considering they were top10 teams and LSU fans keep trying to claim #25/NR Texas they beat by 7 as a top10 team.

I'm sorry it hurts your feelings.

There are arguments to be made for and against 2019 LSU being the greatest team ever This isn’t one of them.

LSU beat 5/9 of the top 10 teams not named LSU. They beat the preseason AP top 4.
LSU never trailed in the second half after the UF game.
LSU absolutely THROTTLED then #4, new #4, and convincingly dicked down a team on a 29 game winning streak and reigning national champs.

Your reading comp sucks, I was talking about 2018 Clemson.

LSU won big games, but Nebraska dominated big games.

This is my favorite topic around here lately.

Are you even remotely family with 95 Nebraska?

Be honest.

Or are you just happy coming up with criteria that makes only teams from the past 5 years eligible?

The GOAT season/team is not an Alabama team, it's 95 Nebraska.

Yes. I know that Nebraska demolished and dismembered their schedule. I know the fricking murdered Florida. But to say Nebraska was better because they dominated big games, and not acknowledge LSU dominated Their big games is just cherry picking/ignoring what happened last year

Yes you are, and yes it is. But for some reason, LSU fans don't feel like it's enough.

The lowest MOV for 95 Nebraska: 14

LSU: 3, 5, 7, 14 are your 4 lowest MOV.

Look man, I get it.

Bama and Clemson have been doing their little alternating year thing and it was your turn.

You bent over and took an arse kicking in 2018 and it was your turn, damnit.

It was Tua's Heisman year, it was the revenge year, take no prisoners. Ro Damn Ty.

Then LSU swooped in and stole all the marbles and all we're left with is the wreckage of Bammers trying to downplay the pain and somehow convince themselves that the train hasn't left the station.

We're here for you brother, let it all out.

By this logic, you are arguing that Clemson should have been ranked ahead of LSU going into the CFP.

They’re freaking pathetic. Clinging to other team’s success all of a sudden. God forbid they give LSU any credit.

LSU beat 5 of the top 8 in the final poll. LSU beat more top ten teams than Nebraska even played top 25 teams. It's not even close. LSU had a heisman winner. Nebraska did not.
