Yeah, it's pretty crazy.
Outside Manhattan and Lawrence, most fans in Kansas are Oklahoma or Nebraska fans.
I was in Manhattan when K-State beat Nebraska in 98 and they carried the goal posts down Aggieville. Basically shut everything down. It was crazy.
K-State made it to #2 that year until the post season IIRC.

Georgia reopened the next day and hasn't had any increase in deaths.
Other states started opening up a week later.

Well shite, I thought Dubose got ran out because he went 3-8 after starting the preseason #3 because he was apparently more worried about fricking his secretary.
You want to talk about PTSD, I still get nervous when Alabama scores quickly on the opening play/drive.

Had a HS teacher that was a huge tide fan and she chirped constantly about that #3 ranking until shite hit the fan.

I'll never forget the pre-game. Alabama players were talking mad stupid shite about how great they were.
Game starts, boom TD Alabama right off the bat.
All downhill after that.
