If you don't want to take into account people were talking about not having any sports until 2021 and the college football season was going to be canceled or played in the spring of 2021, then sure.

Personally, I think you're just mad and I predict it will last longer than the coronavirus.

I’ve mentioned it on here before but the Ole Miss game when we clocked it with zeroes on the clock did it for me.

Stopped getting so invested in the outcomes

Shula/Saban saved my fandom. I was so fed up with Alabama football after that, then the Albert Means crap, the Mike Price crap etc.

I was probably one of the only Alabama fans who didn't want Shula fired. I was just happy he wasn't embarrassing the program off the field.

Of course, I had no idea Saban and everything else was coming in behind him. I had visions of him being replaced by another Dubose/Franchokey/Price.

95 Nebraska came in on a 12 game winning streak after going undefeated in 1994. They then went undefeated again in 1995 for a 24 game winning streak at the end of that year.

I'm not a lame arse who needs to artificially inflate the accomplishments of 95 Nebraska, so even using end of the year rankings yes, Nebraska had a longer winning streak vs real top10 teams.

PS: In 1993, Nebraska went 11-1, losing their last game of the season/National Championship. They had 1 total loss over 3 seasons.

ALLLL the time you took to type this out and you didn't give one top 10 team Nebraska beat, let alone indicating the streak of at least 8 top 10 teams.

Name them. In order. If you can't, all you've done is prove my point.

I was absolutely fricking mortified when y’all hired Saban. Knew he was going to kill it.

I was also absolutely fricking mortified when we hired O, but for different reasons.

Glad I got that second one wrong

Sorry you type slow.

I'm not looking the numbers/teams up because I'd have to cross reference every team against the final AP poll. I did that previously for 95 season and that was 4 right there. They went undefeated in 94 also.

If it's wrong, feel free to point it out.

That you think a Texas team that finished the season #25 in the AP and unranked in the Coaches poll is a top10 team?

I didn't expect all that Saban has done or even close.

I also didn't expect O to have the success he did. I bet USC fans have to be pissed.

Texas was a better team when we played them. They were healthy then. Texas had 11 players hurt just on the defensive side of the ball at certain points in the season.

They went on to dominate an 11-2 Utah team in their bowl game.

Texas is over-ranked every preseason of every year and last year was no different.

Death, Taxes and Texas/Notre Dame/USC being over-ranked.

LSU improved a lot over the year and from that game, but Texas was not a top10 team then or at any point in the season.

I get it, most of you root for programs whose entire histories aren’t as accomplished as 2019 LSU. Your jealousy is expected.

Add Alabama to the over-ranked list in 2020 and every year after 44-16. Beat a Top 10 team this decade (a true challenge) and you Gumps can talk! Until then, you get the zero respect you think you command. They’re all lining up to put a shot in your ... $$$$$
LSU improved a lot over the year and from that game, but Texas was not a top10 team then or at any point in the season.
LSU blew Texas out the stadium in that first half with a 20-7 lead and walked into a 100 Degree Heat Index locker room for 20 mins courtesy of Tom Herman and his hated TX Clowns. When they walked out dehydrated they had played the equivalent of 3 quarters and lost key players in that game that took weeks to recover.

If Texas wasn’t a Top 10 Team then neither was Bama. Get the Nets for these LOSERS

LSU 45-38 @ Texas ... 20-7 at half (+14)
LSU 46-41 @ Bama ... 33-13 at half (+20)

Someone is full of lotsa Bama entitled BS

It’s gonna take another November drilling and a heaping second dose of humiliation to get some around here to learn their new place!
