Will this board ever get over LSU having the GOAT season in CFB history?

15-0, undisputed champs. Heisman, Biletnkoff and Thorpe awards (among others). It has caused permanent brain damage among a great many of you. I get it, most of you root for programs whose entire histories aren’t as accomplished as 2019 LSU. Your jealousy is expected.
Surprised to see fans of more accomplished programs taking it so rough.

Most fans? Sure.
A1abana fans? Absolutely not.
15-0 was their worst nightmare.
Every day they are living in utter despair. They long for that rush of winning 15 games in one season. But they’ll likely never get to taste that sweet sweet nectar.
And I feel for them. I really do :(

Wasn't 2018 Clemson 15-0 also? They killed both of their playoff opponents.

I just wish they would embrace it.
They should relish in the fact that LSU took a 15-0 season away from Clemson - much like Clemson did to them.

Don’t mention facts to LSU fans, it confuses them, makes them angry and irrational, well more irrational and they start yelling shite like “Geaux”, “Play Nekk”, and “Dammut Pawwwuhhhhllll!”
Their state sucks so much that they can’t even put together a decent second school to have their own in state rival, so they have to try to create a rivalry with a school two states away that has an instate rival and a neighboring state rival that they actually have a rivalry with, not some annoying little step cousin who thinks he belongs at the adult table because they lucked into hiring the best coach of the century slightly before their superior got them.
Just give them some king cakes with corn dogs and truck nuts in them and they’ll calm down for an hour or two.

Played a shitty schedule and didn't dominate their opponents the way 95 Nebraska did.

Yes that was a very good Clemson team nothing against them but look at LSU’s resume and compare it to that Clemson team’s.

Clemson
No team will ever run the table with a schedule like that. Gumps can cry and bitch all they want and claim another title from the 30’s. They have never had a team go 15-0 in the modern era.

LSU won 9 SEC games last year. Arkansas has won 9 SEC games the past 5 years
