LSU, though? Enjoy third place in the West.

Now that sounds like a good ban bet.

Permanent ban bet that LSU finishes 2nd or better in the West then.

BTW I will take this bet with anyone. Many of you seem real keen to put LSU 3rd or 4th in the West but lets see if any of you are willing to back it up.

I'm not saying that's the only reason but to assume that game is going to be trivial as your fellow gator fan is is just as faulty logic wise.
Again... Reading comprehension obviously isn't your strong suit.

The LSU-Alabama game is always important, as both teams are always in contention for their division. But no, it's not any more important than UF-UGA, UGA-USC, LSU-A&M, Alabama-A&M, and any other divisional game between contenders. It's not "trivial," but it's not nearly as important as you'd apparently like to believe.

LOL my reading comprehension is off? Coming from you this is a pretty big insult. However, I never once said any other game isn't important just that the LSU-Bama game has decided the West winner which has also turned out the be the SEC champion the last 2 years. So who's a little off now?

What about that ban bet? Scared?

Yeah, your reading comprehension fricking sucks, actually.

Two season isn't nearly a long enough time to mark a trend. It's an important game. It's just not nearly as important as you think it is. The biggest game in the SEC this upcoming season will be Alabama-A&M, imo.

Then we can do a ban from the SECCG to the beginning of the 2014 season.

And I would like to be for baseball season. What's the point in making a bet if we aren't going to give up something decent. It's not even worth it otherwise.

No, because that's not how the world works. I guess if you flip a coin 20 times in a row and it's heads every time you assume it'll be heads the next time right? Only you'd be completely wrong, logic wise. What happened in 2012 has no bearing on what will happen in 2013.

I see, so it's a coin flip.

Nothing that has happened in previous years has ANY bearing on this coming season - not recruting classes, not coaching changes.

That means Kentucky has as much chance to win the SEC as Alabama.

Okay, got it.

No but saying the SEC champion will be determined by who wins the LSU/Bama game is retarded

Especially since Georgia was 5 yards and a tipped pass from beating Bams in Atlanta

The fact that they were in the Chick-fil-A Bowl in the first place is an indication that they weren't that close to begin with. Losing just added onto the embarrassment. We were embarrassed in the Sugar Bowl, but at least we made the Sugar Bowl. I'd rather be embarrassed in the Sugar than in the Chick-fil-A.

LSU was a 3rd down conversion away from playing for the SEC title against Georgia. Win that and they play for the National Championship and destroy Notre Dame just like Georgia would have.

Did you even watch college football last year?

Yes, and we were a goal line fumble away from an undefeated regular season and a trip to Atlanta....what's your point?
