Will Stidham's 2017 season be as solid as Jalen Hurt's 2016 season?

I hope he is just as bad throwing the ball as Hurts

If he can not pass better than what Hurt did last year, AU would be better served playing Willis.

Jarrett Stidham will be a better passer but worse runner.

It's going be tough to have about half his passing yards come on throws within 10 yards of the LOS (with like 20-25% actually being behind the LOS).

Hard to compare a glorified RB with a Stidham who plays QB

I'm from Texas but I went to OU. Gonna be a closet Auburn fan this year because of Stidham. Only because he's from Texas and has some Big 12 history.

Personally, I think TX puts out the best QB's in the nation, and Stidham in my book is the best since Stafford or Luck.

More than likely, Stidham will be yet another over hyped Auburn qb who turns into an interception machine under the slightest bit of pressure. Auburn fans will look foolish for over hyping him. Same old same old mistakes from learning disabled Auburn fans.

Jalen Hurts was a 63% 2,800 yard 23 TD passer last year

He was 18 years old

I hope so Hurts ain't even a QB. Plus Stidham plays in a offense that could be better for his skill set .

He can't be any worse than Hurts against decent competition. Hurts only averaged 108 yards passing per game against the top 4 defenses he faced last season.
