If this turns out to be true. Yes, LSU deserves to be punished. Coach O, Coach Miles, the AD all need to be punished.

Joe Alleva is gone. SW was at A&M so why would he need to be punished

I wouldn’t mind LSU publicly firing Alleva again

In Penn State's Case, it was a school official that was doing it. The HC knew about it and did nothing. The only reason the Admin left the school was because it came out.

For LSU, It was a player. There is no proof of it or that anyone knew about it. The HC at the time is gone and the AD at the time is gone. Hell the president of the university is gone. Literally no one in power is still there.

NCAA shouldn't have punished PSU anyway. The perpetrators were fired and/or arrested. No one that was punished had a part in it. It was NCAA thinking that they had to do something.

I'm still not so sure Paterno knew about it. I think the preponderance of the athletic department did everything they could to keep Paterno from being tied to it.

I disagree slightly. In my mind, by punishing Penn State the way they did, they punished the fanbase for looking the other way.

The assistant coach told Paterno what he saw.

Come on man. No woman deserves to be raped. If these people covered it up than throw their butts under the jail. That is if this is all true.

Put who in jail?

The girls lawsuit is against the NCAA alleging that THEY failed to protect her from sexual assault. What grounds does she have for accusing the NCAA for failure to protect her when she didn't even attempt to protect herself by going to the cops to file a report? And when LSU officials asked her if she wanted to file a report, she said No.

Who covered something up?

Neither girl ever reported anything to law enforcement or LSU.

Word is BR has been Baylor for a few years now so all they can do is hope to keep things buried as best they can until it blows over. Could be big trouble though, I’ve heard it’s rampant and it’s an open secret the uppers are well aware of.

While horrible allegations, LSU isn’t even close to touching what Pedo State University did.
