Lack of institutional control? Farmer Fran rips off his shirt and challenges the NCAA to a fight?

They didn't rape children, so I hope not.

So you’re saying one rape is better than another?

Neither did an active coach or player at Penn State.

The NCAA realized they went too far in punishing Penn State's football team for something involving a retired coach, so they backed off the punishments and gave Paterno back the vacated wins.

Since then, Michigan State, Ohio State, Michigan, UCLA, and probably others have had much larger sex assault scandals involving active employees and the NCAA hasn't done a thing.

So nothing will happen to LSU, at least as far as the NCAA.

That's false. Sandusky did as a defensive coordinator and continued after he retired in 1999.

Yes

Which is why they have many different laws between the 2.

No they didn't.

The fact some of you can't understand why messing with children is much worse is quite frankly fricking terrible.

Ohio State sex abuse

MSU sex abuse gymnastics

Not sure about UM or UCLA but OSU and MSU were both involved in some bad stuff.

The woman's lawsuit is against the NCAA, not LSU. So why would the NCAA do anything to LSU when they have their own law suit to defend with these women?

No.

This accusation is similar to the Baylor fiasco—which consisted of multiple players and coaches.

Even Baylor wasn’t “Penn Stated.”
