Whether he meant to shove the dude or not, Kirby is a big douchebag who needs to chill out. Great coach, obviously, but he needs to grow up. Who runs at their D coordinator like that anyway? An unhinged douchebag.

And before 3and10 says “their were no damages”, it sure isn’t a good look for Georgia this morning that Kirby pushed an opposing player and so many people are talking about it. The irony is the damage here may have been to Kirby and Georgia.

This is called an appeal to the majority logic fallacy.

Have you ever shoved someone and not noticed?

In a crowd…maybe trying to get where I was going?

Have you ever been the head coach of a Top 5 football team giving up way too many yards to MS and need to yell at a position coach? He’s constantly surrounded by big dudes in pads mulling around while he’s trying to coach a game. I promise if that was Beck stepping in front of him he’d have pushed him out of the way too.

I am surprised by this.

Has he publicly apologized yet?

If not, he needs to do so soon.

Woody Hayes lost his job at Ohio State for doing that.

Captdalton is right. It is not a fallacy to realize that the majority of common sense people are saying that any head coach should not run up to an opposing player that has run out of bounds, and forcefully shove him.

WOW.

Kirby got lucky with Stetson Bowers and Mchonkry.

This us looking like Urban at Florida all over again.

When does Kirby bolt and UGA enters dumpster fire territory? Sooner than later UGA fans. It's coming.

Should’ve been flagged in the game. Don’t really care beyond that. If the State QB had shoved Kirby, or had it been a UGA player doing the sideline shoving rather than the coach it would’ve been flagged.

If Will Muschamp managed to avoid doing this to opposing players for his multi decade coaching career then surely Kirby can calm down enough to make sure he isn’t shoving opposing team players, accidentally or otherwise.

No, I gave you the layman version. If I wanted to sound fancy I would have said it was Argumentum ad populum.

No he didn't.

Hayes lost his job for doing way more than that. He actually went into the 1978 season on warning status from incidents that happened in 1977.

Which supports my contention for nearly the past 45 years that ... Art Schlichter killed Woody.
