Pick your "guts" side

No vote:
Is gutsy if you think of that as rebellious
Is puthy if you think it says "we are chicken chit", no Tex pls

Yes vote:
Is sign of strength against their historical rivals
Is hypocritical and we follow our SEC overlords ($$$)

No is puthy
Yes is sign of strength

Never operate from platform of fear

Despite the recent big changes, A&M is in a much better place now than they were coming into the SEC or even a few years ago before Sumlin was let go. The commitment to winning is there now above all else, something OU and the school in Austin can't change.

People thinking the Ags will nosedive like Carolina and Arkansas did are not very smart, but exaggeration is common on here.

No you didn’t; and it did not go unnoticed.

I was speaking more generally.

I actually think it will end up more like 2 Conferences and 32 teams and resemble the NFL.

Shitty Texas should learn their place as the bottom dweller they are.

Since their last Championship game appearance and subsequent loss...

The TSIPS are ranked 40th in winning % 59.9% w/l 91-61

And the TSIPs are 3-9 vs Oklahoma since then.

Don't see any reason anyone would want Texas in he SEC as anything other than a homecoming opponent.

We could always abstain like Vanderbilt did in 2011.

As a fan I look forward to playing Horns and Sooners regularly. I also know being in the SEC has taken away recruiting advantages Texas had previously. I absolutely understand why A&M wants to protect that. You don’t give up clear advantages willingly.

With that said A&M has leveled the funding side of football and Texas will never have any appreciable advantage in terms of revenue, salaries, facilities, etc…. Texas historically has done a lot less with a lot more.

I am good with them coming in to the SEC and said it as soon as it leaked out. Ags will be just fine.

Gigem and frick Texass.
Good take.

lol piggybacking on the desperate aggie nicknames. That’s sad. Good to know we still have a lot on this board extremely triggered
