Why you are an jerk if you don’t pull for Mississippi State this year

Obviously, you don’t have to pull for them when your team is playing them but overall anybody with any sense of fairness or heart has to pull for Mississippi State this year.

The rest of us have had down years with poor coaching decisions, bad player development, just being Faggies, whatever but that’s not what happened in starkvegas.

They made the perfect hire and treated us all to the most interesting man in the world when they hired Mike Leech, aka the pirate. His answer about the wedding question is one of my all time favorites, but Halloween Candy and big foot are up there too.

They were playing much better, getting upsets and let’s just be totally honest, they were just more interesting and made football and the SEC more fun.

He suddenly and unexpectedly died of some weird freaking whatever the hell it was during the season and left them in a terrible bind, and they are still trying to recover from that. No one saw or knew that was coming, and it was a lost to the entire football world. They didn’t do anything wrong.

I still miss him, he was a blast on sirius radio, you would tell them you were going to ask some football question then ask some crazy off the wall shite about UFOS, Bigfoot, pirate or fishing and we would always give a great often funny answer. The best part is you could hear him casting a lure as he answered. He never took himself or football too seriously which is what made him awesome. I am not even sure he even liked football.

Anyway, he was the absolute perfect coach for State, and they deserved better than the way this ended, just like he did.

So Geaux State, Hail State etc and maybe this the Pirate’s Revenge Tour. (Can you still get those black state pirate flags because I want one)
