The real question is why would any Ohio State fan buy a season ticket?

Every game is basically a blowout against a weak conference opponent.

Money. Excellent education. Playing time. Home state team.

Lots of good reasons.

Top recruits go to Michigan, USC, Oregon, Ohio State, and Penn State.

They have money, prestige, elite stadiums, and tradition.

They probably don’t wanna lose to one of the worst teams in the ACC.

And then lose to the team that lost to the worst team in the ACC.

This was the same thing Bama went through for about ten years during Saban. Weak or not, it’s entertainment.

Honestly, I had no problem winning by a LOT every week, week in -- week out. I would welcome it back in a fricking heartbeat.

Surely you remember losing your UGA and Bullard trucking your bitch arse WR on their way to a natty right?

I’ll assume you’ve never been to a big10 venue.

Who mentioned anything about that? Great game. All time classic. Someone has to win. OSU’s DC from that game isn’t there anymore. And what do you know? The Buckeyes won a natty last year. Did you know that? How’s that Notre Dame game treating you, baw?

No reason OSU should only be playing two decent teams with one of them out of conferenc

While most of the schedule hasn't been great it looked pretty good preseason. Games against preseason 1 and 2 on top of Illinois who won 10 games and returned almost their entire team plus TTUN. Not their fault those teams haven't pulled their weight. Using 2019 LSU logic that Texas win is an elite win.

To answer the original question players go to Big 10 schools for various reasons to include money, development, dream school or to be close to home.

OSU should plant their flag on the M if they win this year.

Man up.

Because they don't have morals or ethics like SEC players.

I know for a fact if Sawyer was still here, that’s exactly what they’d do. They got some animals on defense like Caden Curry, Sonny Styles and Eddrick Houston who might do that anyway. Would be a huge win for the team, but Michigan has OSU’s number. I remember OSU winning 10 of 11 and 15 out of 17 vs Michigan. Would be nice to go back to winning that one again

Most watched CFB games '25

And not ONE big 10 matchup made the list and the only time the BIG made the list was against SEC teams.

The BIG has been one big snooze fest this year with the exception of the PSU/Indiana game (still didn't make the list)

The SEC is crushing the BIG in TV ratings and beyond absurd that your conference makes more in TV revenue.

OSU should waste MI.

When you do, you have to plant that flag.

Day should demand it.
