Kelly was never an elite recruiter, LSU was never going to recruit like they did under Miles or O

Kelley is not known to be an amazing recruiter he is known for developing a team of good players …. LSU will have enough athletes to compete obviously .

I am very happy with Kelly, but if there is a legitimate gripe to be had, it may be this one. It is only year 2 and while it is indeed a down year in Louisiana, I would like to see us be top 5 annually. Time will tell.

I think folks are still upset about how he popped off to that poor reporter girl who was coming from a doctor's appointment a couple of minutes late to one of his pressers. That wasn't a very good first impression for a new coach. It gave everyone the opinion that he has a bad attitude and not a very personable personality. Maybe that's filtered down to the players as well. No one wants to play for an insensitive arse-hole. I wouldn't...

Limits are off this year and next. Teams can take as many as they wish as long as they stay at or under the 85 limit. This is where LSU can make up a lot of lost ground.

I remember after his first season in 2007 The GOAT went out and signed the #1 Crootin class in the country and CFB and Crootin hasnt been the same since

Look at what he has done at Notre Dame. Zero championship at Notre Dame and will end up doing the same thing at LSU.
