Honestly I believe the greatest majority of the controversy was created by sports pundits and opposing fan bases hoping to crucify Kiffin.
This situation should been handled face to face like men. Sankey listened to his lawyers instead of getting on a plane, coming to BR and meeting with LSU.

This hearing was about 42 athletes from the class of 22 that were trying to obtain their 5th year of eligibility. LSU had nothing to do with it.

42 players are involved in this lawsuit (it's a player lawsuit, not a LSU lawsuit).
Only 2 of the players are trying to play for LSU.
Just because the media treats Lane Kiffin like Donald Trump doesn't mean all of this "pro players trying to come back to college" is a LSU only issue.
